Mr. Fava Pastilha’s breadth of experience from his 30 years in legal practice make him a perfect candidate for the Westchester County Court. Widely regarded as a man of integrity, as a judge, Mr. Fava Pastilha will enforce our laws with honesty and fairness.

Mr. Fava Pastilha is a lifelong resident of Westchester County. The son of a Portuguese factory worker and a housekeeper, he attended Yonkers Public Schools. In 1991, Mr. Fava Pastilha graduated from Fordham University with a degree in Political Science and Spanish. Upon completing his law degree and passing the New York Bar Exam in 1994, he opened his law practice in Yonkers and began serving his community. For 30 years, Mr. Fava Pastilha has represented individuals and corporations in criminal and civil disputes, as well as in family law and regulatory matters.

Throughout his career, Mr. Fava Pastilha has sought to help people, particularly those with limited English skills, to achieve their dreams, protect their rights, and recover from mistakes. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and proficient in Italian.
